Understanding Usage Limits on SideKick

How your included usage works

New plans refresh included usage every seven days from your original sign-up time. Monthly billing renews separately. Your chat bar shows the percentage of included usage remaining and the time until your next reset.

Unused included usage from eligible paid weeks is saved for you to use manually. A saved reset restores only the gap to your current weekly allowance; any remainder keeps its original expiry. Saved resets expire at the end of their paid month. Monthly plans use their billing period; Season and Lifetime plans use monthly anniversaries of the original purchase in Eastern time. Existing subscribers keep their current rates and grandfathered usage, with personal weekly refreshes. Billing renews separately.

Conversation history

Conversation History Resets Tuesday at 3am. Eastern time (America/New_York). This history schedule is separate from your personal weekly usage refresh. Open the help control beside Weekly Usage Limit to view your private Usage Summary and choose Use reset when one is available.

Charge-Up Packs

When your included usage runs low, you can view Charge-Up Packs in Pricing. Eligible Rookie and Pro customers can purchase 3,000 credits for $4.99. Champion customers can purchase 5,000 credits for $9.99. Prices do not include applicable tax, which is shown at Checkout.

Purchased credits are used after your included allowance runs out. Unused purchased credits remain stored when paid access ends and become usable again when active paid access resumes. Charge-Up purchases do not extend your plan's access term.

Usage reminders and billing

SideKick shows a reminder when included usage reaches 25% remaining or less. Monthly plans renew until canceled. Season plans are one-time purchases ending on the stated season date. Champion is a one-time Lifetime purchase under the applicable service terms.
